To say they were amazing is an understatement. ​From our very first chat, they were professional, creative, and understood exactly what we wanted. On the day of the event, everything was managed flawlessly. The decorations were beautiful, the party host was so engaging and energetic, the magician had both kids and adults captivated, and the tents for lunch were arranged perfectly. The photography and videography were the best; they captured all the precious moments perfectly. ​They took care of every single detail, allowing us to relax and actually enjoy our daughter's special day without any stress. We cannot thank the Vibhinna Events team enough for their hard work and dedication. We highly, highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-notch event planner!

We partnered with Vibhinna Events for our child’s first birthday, and they exceeded our expectations in every way. We chose a butterfly theme backdrop and cake, and the décor along with Baby’s photo gallery was absolutely stunning—every detail was thoughtfully crafted. The chariot entry for our little one was the showstopper of the event, beautifully arranged and truly unforgettable. A special mention to Kavya, who guided us throughout the planning process. She suggested the venue, shared multiple options from their wide variety of themes, and helped us finalize everything with so much patience, clarity, and creativity. Their arrangements were top-notch—a fun cotton candy stall, a skilled tattoo artist, and an engaging MC Suraj who also performed a fantastic magic show, keeping all the kids entertained from start to finish. We also want to appreciate the candid photography and videography team for their amazing captures and their incredible patience throughout the event. They ensured every precious moment was beautifully documented. Sagar, Tandesh , Tirupahi and The entire team was professional, proactive, and managed everything end-to-end, allowing us to enjoy the celebration stress-free. Truly grateful to Vibhinna Events for making this special day so memorable for us and our family.
