Bharath was very professional from the day 1 and catered to our every need, continuously bringing up many alternatives that not only fit our requirements but also our budget. It is worth mentioning that everything was done over calls as we are not residing in India, but his approach towards business like drafting every detail event-wise in a document and continuous updates on every small changes for our reference and complete transparency made us place our trust in him. The team’s flexibility was commendable as well, there was a sudden change of the place where Haldi was going to take place just a night before and in the morning, when I entered the venue, the Haldi setup in a new place was even better than I had imagined. There were few additional surprise elements too that were not in our requirements like truss in the Sangeet stage. From the overall vibe to the color of every flower used, Bharath and his team had paid attention to every small thing that was communicated to them. I hope that you will keep up this reputation for a long long time and I wish BeeEvents lots of success and greater reach. I am definitely coming back for my next event :)

Hi I'm 24 years old and organising the event for the first time ,I dint have a background knowledge on many details, all I knew was a rough picture and a dream ,with limited budget. [ ] Transparency -Bharath and his team first analysed the requirement and explained me everything from the beginning along with the cost. And when I asked him ,if I can get my vendor for food and venue ,I was expecting argument Here ,but he clearly mentioned, whatever he gives service..he will be charging only for that. And not like we come in a combo..if u want me ..u need to take all in or Nothing.. [ ] Cost cutting- Bee events is connected with very good quality of vendors and there were things like truss and many things which I was about to cancel since it was going beyond price ,Bharath is a very good bargainer..did s great job here ,evey penny is worth it [ ] Professional ethics- when someone put lot of effort and when it's seen outside, we can see if a person loves his job or not. I figured here everyone loves their job and are extremely Professional and polite ,humble. No arrogance. [ ] Risk Management- This is my favorite part , last min we had to change the location due to rain and Bharath had just 1 day to make all adjustments , we had a crisis of using German tents or not , we were also ready to pay 80k extra for tents. But Bharath manged to find a way where we dint have to compromise anywhere and also saved my 80k. Overall, I am extremely happy with Bee events. All the guest went home happily saying that they have never seen a party like this ,there were literally no faults. I could go on explaining about all his vendors but I would like to shorten it by saying they were the best. Also special thanks for Bharath for adding few surprise elements like drone and for making my event better than my dream. Regards, Harshitha

My daughter's reception and wedding was conducted on 17th &18th April 2021.The event was arranged by Bee Events. They did a fabulous job. The venue site was decorated beautifully. The entire team was creative, organised and understanding. I have no words to thank them enough. It was indeed a delightful experience . All friends and relatives loved the ambience. I would like to thank the bee events team once again.
