Blooming Flower Events

My wife and I worked with Karthik from Blooming Flower Events for our wedding reception in Bangalore - and a 5 star review for this man's efforts is not nearly enough for what he deserves. We did not hire a wedding planner and coordinated the whole event ourselves because we wanted to control the smallest of details. From singular spoons to the lights, we needed every element to fit the western wedding aesthetic that we had in mind. With so many elements, it was crucial that the decorator (1) gave us ample time to get a proper download of the overall requirement (2) go above and beyond to procure certain items which 99% other events wouldn't require and hence most decorators wouldn't have in their stock - we are talking bespoke procurement and setup. Karthik met us multiple times in person throughout the 3-4 months that we worked together on the ideas, allowed us to tag along on market visits with him so we could pick out the perfect table cloth we wanted for example, was super creative whenever a plan would fall through because of some uncontrollable factor - for example during venue related uncertainties, Karthik always had backup plans that fit the overall aesthetic. Most importantly, Karthik was amazingly patient and as invested into making our dream night a reality as we were. He was also punctual and planned out every element well in time - while also showing great adaptability to sudden changes. Having said all that, we were worried that what if on the D-Day all the elements put together doesn't quite create the vibe that we had visualised - but Karthik lived up to the ideal scenario and much more; he amazingly set up the venue that replicated what we had visualised to almost a level of fantasy, unforgettable! Finally, Karthik on the D-day, went above and beyond yet again and not just performed his responsibilities as the decorator but also ad-hoc performed an event coordinator role. With about 25 vendors calling me every next minute, I trusted Karthik enough that I could delegate to him coordinate among some of the vendors to set their stuff up. I cannot thank Karthik enough for the amazing job he did on the most beautiful day of our lives.

Excellent job by blooming flower events! I gave a jungle themed decor for my wedding and they brought it to life, I loved how every element was curated personally. I was surprised to see the outcome on the wedding day, they went all in and made my dream come true 💕This was a 6 month plan and they were patient with me, all the guests were praising the backdrop. Absolutely loved the decoration for the Haldi & Sangeet! 🌼✨ The setup was vibrant, elegant, and perfectly matched the vibe of both events. The Haldi decor was fresh, colorful, and full of life, while the Sangeet setup looked straight-up magical with amazing lighting and detailing. Every element—from the floral arrangements to the backdrop—was done with so much care and creativity. The team was super professional, punctual, and really understood what we wanted. Guests couldn’t stop complimenting the decor, and it looked insane in photos and videos. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking to make their wedding events unforgettable.
