Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Event Cancellations by Organizers

  • If an event is canceled by the organizer, ticket holders will receive a full refund within [X] business days.
  • Registered users will be notified via email/SMS with alternative options (if applicable).

2. Attendee Cancellations

  • Refund eligibility depends on the organizer’s policy.
  • To request a refund, users must:
    • Submit a request at least [X] days before the event.
    • Provide the booking ID and proof of purchase.
  • No refunds for no-shows or late requests (unless stated otherwise by the organizer).

3. Processing Refunds

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

    • Attendee misconduct leading to removal from the event.

5. Rescheduling Events

  • If an event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date.
