2 months agoMagic Events provided good service for a smaller rental (bouncy castle on Children’s Day), but failed badly on commitment for a larger responsibility (Annual Day), backing out at the last minute after everything was finalized. This made the overall experience unreliable and disappointing for an event that needed firm assurance.
