The Tales of Tradition Wedding Planners

We selected Tales of Tradition as the wedding event planners for our Daughter's wedding festivities,held at The Farmhouse Collective. We were met by Ms Nandita Rao,from Tales of Tradition and we had an initial Briefing and then finalized TOT because of their professional approach and personal interaction n understanding of our requirements. We had an year ahead of the events n every meeting was well planned n all ideas and thoughts we had were met with a ' don't worry Mam' will take care of it. Nandita was always available on call or messages and I would keep sharing my thoughts n ideas and requirements whenever I had one but irrespective of their schedules everything was well noted and updates by the next meeting. On the day the wedding festivities started is when we actually saw everything we discussed on paper n images came to life in decor n placements at the Venue. Nandita and the entire production Team was on their feet from the beginning of the day 1 to the end of the two days events ,a total of 4 events ,that had 4 different colour themes and decor...The attention to details is still being spoken about by all our guests😊 Once the wedding festivities were over, I was missing Nandita and team a lot, after all it was a full years preparation and bonding💖We totally recommend Tales of Tradition to anyone planning an event. We celebrated our daughter’s wedding at The Tamarind Tree on The 3rd of December. Working with Meghna Gowda from The Tales of Tradition was an absolute pleasure. Meghna was professional, calm, and truly understood our vision from the very beginning. Our three-day event was beautifully curated, each event was thoughtfully planned, and executed with perfection. She transformed our ideas into a stunning reality and exceeded our expectations at every step. Her composed approach made the entire journey seamless and stress-free. We celebrated our daughter's wedding at Tamarind Tree on Dec 5, 2025 and used Tales Of Tradition as our planner (specifically Nandita). Our experience with Tales of Tradition, was really one of the best. We had conducted 2 other evrnts in US and Singapore. So we were clearly exhausted from weddinv mania, and were looking to off load most of the work to thd planners. Nandita made it extremely easy for us, coordinating between the various vendors, working with budgets, setting up the mood boards for decorations and many more. Nandita was fast, responsive and always had a smile. Its not just the pre planning, but also coordinating activities during the event - which was really easy. We hired Tales of Tradition as our wedding planners for our Wedding at the Tamarind Tree. From start to finish Jeevan did an outstanding job. Initially we were planning to use wedding planner for only a few parts of the planning, but by seeing Jeevan's work we were trustful enough to extend the role to most of the activities. Initial stages of planning decor and arrangements were good, and she was flexible in arranging what we wanted for our event. But the time when we appreciated her work the most was the event day itself. She was wonderful at making sure everything went as smoothly as possible throughout the wedding and reception from start to finish.

I had the wonderful opportunity to host my wedding at the Tamarind tree Bangalore in Dec 2024 organized by the wonderful team of Tales of Tradtition. I am beyond thrilled to share my exceptional experience with Nandita, our wedding planner extraordinaire! We started planning in Jan 2024 with Jeevan who was our wedding planner then, unfortunately Jeevan had to step away and Nandita joined us as our main planner around July 2024. She was so smooth that we never felt like we have transitioned to a new planner. From the moment we started planning our special day with her, Nandita was an absolute delight to work with. Her responsiveness and willingness to answer any questions we had were truly impressive, always taking the time to address our concerns and provide valuable insights. She helped us with wonderful vendors for catering, music, emcee but decor is their absolute forte. The decor that Nandita and her team created for our wedding was nothing short of breathtakingly beautiful. She spent extensive amount of time with us finalizing the decor and we went through many revisions but she never lost patience. She shared so many exciting and wonderful ideas to uplift all events. This is just the planning part, every detail was meticulously executed, and the end result was a fairytale-like setting that left us and our guests in awe. They are more than capable of handling last minute changes, for eg- we asked for a mehendi artist 1 hour before guests arriving and they arranged it with a smile. What truly sets Nandita apart is her exceptional execution skills. She delivered on every promise she made, ensuring that our wedding day was nothing short of perfection.
